I have been doing the 30 day shred and have seen results already. I have done it for about 9 days and almost ready to go to level 2.. i would try it its hard, but great!

I tend to stay at 1200 calories a day and do not eat my "burned" off calories. My feeling is, i am trying to take off the pounds, i dont want to eat wehat i have burned. my goal is set for 1500 so i think i do pretty well with what im doing
