my flat mate eats miso soup all the time and shes super healthy she first cooks all the meat and then she gets a large pot throws a spoon of miso paste some water then throws in veg and then when shes about to take it of the stove she throws in some cooked meat

not going to lie almost every morning but hear me out before u say anything i weight myself because that helps me plan my day eg if i have gained half a kilo i can take an healthier approach for that day ps i have an electric scale

he has jealousy issues i hate to sound like a ***** but this is how he probs was before : he probs thought u were not in great shape, guys didnt look at u and he didn't feel challenged. But now your changing caring about ur looks, being healthy and guys are noticing he feels threatened

okay so my overall calorie intake is pretty much the same except i eat one main meal worth a lot of calories and small snack at other times so far i have managed to loose around 2kg and maintain a weight of 56kg without any different exercise etc as to before i started the one meal a day idea

okay so done it for 2 day (i think) started 57.4 current 56.1 but will have to test for a couple more days to say if it works

hey guys give me some advice please I currently eat around 1700 calories a day am 19 female around 5 1 in height and weight 57kg i really want to drop down to 50kg i live on campus in a not so great area so my exercise is usually 40 minute walk to/from uni ( 20 each way) and what ever I can do in my room
