Are you planning to follow their calorie goal? I hope not0
-
just getting some ideas
iv lost weight but finding it hard to get bellow 56kg0 -
I am a little under 150cm (4'11"), and I wore a size 00 even at my highest weight (and I had health problems at that weight!!!), so I am not aiming for a certain clothing size...I simply want to be skinny haha
My calorie intake really varies, although I set my goal to 800 calories...although I will eat more. I eat very low cal food~
I hope this helps!0 -
I understand but still their calorie goal will differ and should not be used as a reference point.

Im about 155 cm
I eat 1200 net calories. In order to get my last few net calories I eat 2000+ calories on my workout days! Yeaaaa0 -
I am now 113.5 and wearing a 00 so I am now maintaining my weight and I do have a normal healthy bmi of 20.2 and I am 5'3" I have lost 24lbs since January and I did it through diet(most create to this site) and exercise. I NEVER went below 1200 net when working out (occasionally I fell short). As for exercise I did 60 days of Insanity and I also run. Good luck!0

I'm not sure how tall you are & what your body frame is (I can't master metric conversions this early!!)...I'm 5'5'', small frame, I weigh 120 lbs, my BMI is 20 & I wear a size 4, occasionally a size 2!! Since I'm in maintainance I eat about 1500 cal/day,but I ate1200 cals while I was losing the weight. I also work out 5 days/week.
Hope this helps! Friend me if you want a buddy-I'm a great cheerleader!!

I am aiming for a US size 2, would be happy with a 4 though. I was a 6 at my previous smallest size but still had too much body fat for my personal goals.
Anyway, I eat around 1500 calories a day. I lift heavy weights 3 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week. So far so good, the body fat is dropping and I am already back into a size 8.0 -
I'm 5'9(def. no shortie) and I wear a size 4-6.
I eat about 1500-2000 calories a day.
For workouts, I do cardio about 2 days a week and weights 3 days a week(twice on my own and once with my trainer).0 -
Yay! We are friends now ^o^
I forgot to add that I am currently 44.2kg and I do not workout except for riding my bike to and from school (around 1 hour total) and walking. ^^0 -
awsome
just wanted to ask if you guys have particular foods you eat more of or stay clear of
to be honest im not that into food ie i can live without things
but im a uni student living on my own and when i get hungry i honestly wouldn't mind eating a salad etc but seeing as i have to make it and buy the ingredients i reach for a pack of chips or something easy0 -
Hmmm I know what you mean. I have been eating curry and rice (prepackaged curry sauce and then I make bulk rice and freeze it). Also miso soup (just add hot water)...^^ low cal and good ^^0

thats sounds like a really good idea

It depends, usually 3 meals, I guess. For lunch, I usually go out and buy something because i do not like to pack a lunch...>.<0 -
I am currently aiming for a very small size. It's been a long time but even now when I am at the bottom end of an obese BMI I am a size 14. So I'm thinking I'll lose at least another 3 dress sizes, which would make me a UK 8 (6 in USA).
I try to eat 1200 cals a day and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I eat three meals and a snack, it's a low GI diet.
Oh I am 5ft 1" in height.0 -
(sorry posted twice)0

I eat about 6 mini meals. I don't ever like to sit down for a "normal-sized" meal, so basically I eat a lot of balanced snacks - like 1/4 cup steel cut oats with a tablespoon almond butter, 3 slices of turkey with some campari tomatoes and spices, or an egg with lots of veggies and some soy sauce. My calorie limit is 1200 and I work out 6 days a week to build muscle. My goal is 110 pounds, but I'll settle for a higher number if it means I have more muscle and am around the size I want!
Right now, I'm 130 pounds, wear a size 4 (in US) jeans and small shirts. 4 years ago, I wore a size 0 and x-small shirts, which is proportionate and in the healthy range for my short height.0 -
I'm taller (about 5'5 - 165cm) and weigh around 126 (57kg), and I'm a US size 2 or 4. Maybe not *very* small, but typically the smallest size there is in the stores I shop.
I didn't aim to be this size. This just happened to be the size I was when I got rid of the excess fluff on my body. I could, in theory, lose more weight but I wouldn't be any smaller, just bonier. My skeletal frame wouldn't allow me to be any smaller... my hip bones are too wide to ever be a size 0.
I also eat a lot. I work hard, play hard and eat like a hungry man. During most of the time I was losing weight, I averaged a total of about 1800 calories. Now that I'm maintaining, it's closer to 2000. Food diary is open, but I take weekends and holidays (birthdays and anniversaries included) off from logging, so you'll see some blank days. Also, I'm 39 years old, so I don't have the metabolism of youth on my side.
My advice? Take is slow and steady. Take measurements and progress photos because the mirror and scale don't tell the whole story. Aim to be the best YOU you can be... don't get hung up on being a certain size or weight.0 -
