okay so I am a really short female around 150cm and would like to get some tips from women who are aiming for a small sized body ie around size 6 in clothing how many calories do you eat what workouts do you do etc

losing the last 5kg
okay so far I have lost around 7kg just from controling my calorie intake and walking to uni , so no real exercise. now I have 5kg more to loose and am thinking of starting running twice a day, just to see if this will aid my weight loss. do you think it will help ?.
