overeating because of stress from exams

okay I am currently doing a double law degree and in two weeks I have exams. All the stress of the exams is making me want to eat more bad food and I need help with advice on dealing with stress. please tell me what you do to destress
I am worried not just now but because I will be entering into a stressfull occupation i need to learn to not overeat now

    When I get stressed, I exercise. It relieves the stress and prevents me from eating while keeping me healthy all at the same time.

    I was going to suggest exercise or yoga but Lyadeia beat me to it!

    If you find yourself snacking during the day while studying, you can always take your books to the local or college library, that way you'd be away from temptation! Just remember to take some healthy snacks with you (especially good fats like nuts)
