running twice a day

hey guys
I just am about to finish all my law exams for this sem and am going home for an month. In this month i want to get my fitness back on track and seeing as i have no major plans ie just coffee with friends etc I am going to start running twice a day morning and arvo
what else do you think i should do to help me get in shape
my main goal is to loose 10kg
so any tips etc

    Throw in some weight training a few times a week. You dont need to lift heavy weights and bulk up, but increased muscle will help burn fat much faster.

    2 times a day? WOO! that's a lot! i can hardly run 3 days a WEEK! but i go to zumba fitness, bollywood fitness, and pilates throughout the week, i go to zumba everyday, pilates and bollywood 2 times a week. :)
    and of course swimming, and go to the gym at least 3 times a week and do the elliptical

    do you think i can reach it within a month if i work really hard
