That made me work up a sweat just reading it
Sounds good to me, if you get the results you are looking for then keep it up0 -
All depends- IMHO, that is a lot of working out for one day- and it depends on what you were EATING as well. You can workout for 24/7 if you like, but if you aren't eating well, that hard work won't matter0
-
Blimey - that sounds loads to me.......
I guess it depends what your body is used to you doing and, as ebgbjo said...it depends what you are eating too.
Also, don't forget about the muscle gain if you aren't used to the exercise....getting out the tape measure rather than the scales may be a good idea?0 -
lol I went to the gym at 8.00 and came home around 2 ish ( uni holidays lol)
also ate around 1000 calories today0 -
Wow, thats a lot of exercise! I hope you're going to eat way more this afternoon!0
-
Ouch. Sounds a bit extreme to me to be honest, and i don't think 1000 calories eaten is enough. WOW - you can afford to eat more than that. Go for it! :-)0
-
wow thats lots0

that's a lot of calories burned to have eaten so few. You're not doing your body any favors by working out viciously and then not eating much. Your body needs to be able to recover from long workout sessions, and it needs fuel to replenish your muscles. If you aren't getting proper rest and nutrition, then you're making yourself weaker.0

I would say that you need to be eating more calories than 1000 if you are wanting to sustain that level of exercise healthily0
-
you need to eat a minimum net calories of 1200, and with all that working out you probably burned 2000+ I don't pretend to be an expert but I think you need to up your calorie intake significantly if you are going to carry on working out like that and expect a weight loss.0

Too much exercise, not enough food.
What is a vibrating platform??0 -
I also notice you don't have your food diary so that we can see it. Just sayin'.......0

a vibrating platform is pretty much what the name says a platform that vibrates
its for toning and you do stretches on it
how do you change the food diary thing
to be honest even though i ate 1000 calories i consumed it through bad food
ie i pretty much drank three coffees, coffee biscuits and came home from the gym and ate dinner0 -
American Heart Association suggests the average person exercise at least 30 minutes a day 5 times a week. According to this piece of information, your well over okay. Make sure your eating protein for muscle recovery.0

There's an effect of diminishing returns, where the first hour (or whatever) is very effective, but beyond that it gets less efficient. It seems like a lot of exercise. I can think of more fun activities than all-day exercise!0

Then you definitely arent going to lose weight with the excessive exercising and eating crap food. Sorry to be honest, but it will probably make you gain weight0 -

That's the whole thing- starving yourself and over exercising WON'T get you to where you want to be. Haven't you ever heard that it's 70% diet and 30% exercise? That's the truth! You have to eat well to be able to lose the weight.0
