I made this tonight and my calories for 14 slices per loaf was 68 calories and thats what doing all wheat flour, egg substitutes, and the sugar/sweetner blend for all the spots asking for just sugar... so I'm not sure about how accurate the 46 calories each orginally stated on the website is... but im about to eat some!0

This looks fantastic!!
Just to be sure (since it looks like there's a step missing), how much of the batter do you put in each pan before adding the cream cheese filling? The recipe here just says to divide it in half and then top with batter. I wasn't sure if you were supposed to put the cream cheese filling in and then top with more of the "bread" batter, or just put the cream cheese on top (it looks like the former, but I just want to check)
When I made it I put the cream cheese on top, then slightly spooned it down (not too much though, you don't want to mix it in completely).0 -

suggest the following site to mix a flour alternative http://allrecipes.com/HowTo/using-alternative-flours/detail.aspx
or you could try other gluten free flour mixes

Just some suggestions a friend gave me, she has to have gluten free everything.
Hope this helps.0 -
