I had to start out with 2 and 3 pounds weight because they were all I could do. It didn't take long to move up to 5. I'm seeing muscles in my arms that I've never seen in my life, lol.
-
Congratulations and so happy for you!!

I just started this last week. There are a few lunges and I just don't go as deep. I don't have a step and do OK without it. I really like this workout, but have only done 30 day sherd before this. Kelly is great!

Congrats!! Thanks for sharing. :)

Hi! I'd love some friends too. I'm 51 with teens also. :)

I'm doing 30 Minutes to Fitness "Muscle Definition" by Kelly Coffey-Meyer and really liking it. It just uses hand weights. I did have to start lower than suggested.

Thanks, Raynn!

Lol!! :)

Thanks for posting and congrats! I'm going to hide my scale right now.

I'll join you! I'm totally discouraged by my constant weighing. I'm down a pant size and a top size, but the scale doesn't show it. I'm discouraged when I should be happy. When I see the scale not budging and it makes me go eat. :(

Yay! Congrats!!

I've been looking at this, too. Did you order it straight from the company or Amazon? Thanks!

Hi everyone. I just wanted to jump in here. I did Day 6 of Level 1 today. I'm feeling stronger every day, but am afraid thinking ahead to Level 2. I still can't do a push up to save my life, lol. Anyone do level 1 longer than 10 days? Thanks!

Congrats! you look wonderful!

Congrats!! I'm hoping to do my first 5K soon. I've discovered I looove running! Wish I had started it earlier in my life. :)

I fell last October and it took a long time to heal completely. Dr. told me at least 6 weeks, but it was more. She said not to do anything that hurt. I was so sad because I'd been training for a 5K and it happened the week before. With winter and all, I'm still not back to where I was, but I'm not having any pain so that's…

Thanks for sharing. So yummy!

I love running! I'm 50 and started 4 years ago with Cto5K program, too. I had to do many of the weeks over and over. Go slow and you'll be OK. I'm doing 2 miles right now. :)
