I have very low blood pressure and my Dr. tells me to keep increasing my sodium intake. Pickles and Roman noodles flavor packets dissolved( I try to stay away from the noodles) in hot water are two of my top options. I want to be very careful not to put on the pounds while increasing the sodium intake.

I'm so glad you asked this question:smile: I have been so hungry every day and sometimes after dinner I end up eating a 4th meal which puts me over on calories. :frown: I could also use some help in this area. Marcy

I also started Ripped in 30 on the 1..... I though the workout was a bit easy so I did week 2 for my last workout. Let me know what you think of week 2.

I am only 12 pounds away from my final weight loss goal, but i really just need to lose a couple inches in my legs and butt to be done, does this diet help lose inches too?
