How to log 30DS Calories?

I just did the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred video.. and I went to log it in but now I'm not sure how to! Should I put it under cardio or strength training since it's a combo of both? How do you log yours?

    Circuit training. I had to ask as well. Since you are consistantly moving from one workout to the next I can understand how it would be considered circuit training. Good luck!

    I put it down as 15 minutes circuit training and 5 minutes low impact cardio.

    TBL Last Chance Workout = circuit training
    Yoga Meltdown = circuit training
    Shred-It = circuit training (use a kettlebell or dumbbell)
    6 Week 6 Pack = strength (so you can track each exercise in the workout)
    Ripped in 30 = circuit training

    I use my HRM to log my cals burned doing 30DS, but it would go under cardio/circuit training.
