Thanks everyone!! I'm on my 3rd day and I definitely don't feel like I'm dieting. I'm eating consciously. I'm loving it, feeling great, and so amped up!! In the past 3 days I've spent more time on MFP than FB -- I know this is a winner for me!! :laugh:

Why not??? People eat fried potatoes for breakfast -- why not a healthier baked potato??? I, myself, have been known to eat a salmon burger for breakfast!!
