i would like to join but i dont have the dvd and i live in a country where i cant get it, so can anybody help me in this regard.

When I did a search for it using the Bing search engine I did find the entire video on there - it had been posted with some asian writing in the corner, so I'm sure it's pirated I'm not too keen on pirated videos (bought a copy at Target for $9.99 myself) but if you absolutely can't get it then I'd try finding it with Bing.0 -
I just completed the 30 day shred for the first time today! (Pics are posted under success stories.)
I planned to start my second round June 1st so it would be awesome to have a group to be accountable to.
The way I am going at this time (I think) is rotating 5 days at level 2 and 5 days at level 3. I want to mix it up and I actually sweat more during level 2.
I am so excited to start again!! I am also looking forward to my one day off tomorrow. LOL0 -
Please add me to the list. I started the shred, but then got hammered with work and couldn't keep up with that and the Couch to 5K program. I want to get back to both full force as it really helped with burning calories. I'll start on 5/31 as I have to be out of town on 6/1 and can't do it that day - that will keep me on pace with everyone else. Your challenge comes at a good time as I have a beach vacation coming the beginning of July! I'll post measurements tomorrow0

From past reading, people generally track it in cardio. To give you an idea, I do it with my heart rate monitor and I burn approximately 250 calories each time. That's at about 5'9" and 200#, so figure a higher or lower calorie count if you weigh more or less than me.0 -

Ok all..i'm super excited about this! And a little afraid! I took a desk job a couple of years ago (constant snacking!) and though i'm still considered within my "healthy BMI range", my weight has sneakily crept up nearly 20lbs...all in my belly/hips/bum & thighs of course!! And I feel soooo out of shape/sluggish now, it's ridiculous.
I don't see that anyone else has done it yet so, I guess i'll be the first to put my measurements in?
To start, i'm 5'1 (and a half!), and i'm 126.3lbs
Goal weight: I'm going to say 115 - that would be losing half the weight I gained. Though i'd be over the moon just to tone up the belly and FEEL more in shape again regardless of what the scale says!
Waist: 29" (natural waist)
Belly: 34" (where my pants sit..just below belly button)
Hips: 37"

Good luck guys. I've completed 27 workouts over the last 30 days, 10 at each of levels 1 and 2 and 7 of level 3 so I am nearly done. When taking measurements I suggest you also measure upper arm and thigh (for consistency each time you measure let your arm hang and measure your thigh where the tip of your thumb is). A lot of the exercises target your shoulders/arm and your butt/legs (think lunges and squats LOTS OF THEM) and it is these areas that I've seen the greatest reduction.0

I have done 3 days of the Shred, so in all fairness these were my weight and measurements when I started:
Weight: 168.8
Waist: 34.5
Hips: 43
Thighs: 23
I will get really discouraged if I post my measurements every week, so I would rather do a post of my measurements when I finish each level or the whole program (if that's okay). I will post my weight each week, but probably on Sundays if that's okay.
Since starting the Shred, my weight went down 1 lb, so I'm currently 167.8 as of yesterday.0 -

I signed up for Mays 30 DS and only made the first week, did other workouts instead... I bought Zumba Wii, which is quite fun, however am determined to stick with the 30 DS.
I did my first work out today and actually went onto level 2!!!0 -

I have it on my on demand, so I'll be doing it on there! Hopefully, it will be on there for 30 days so I dont get confused if I end up having to buy it! haha0 -
I'm in. Just started tonight. Going away in 21 days, so I'm doing the 21-day shred. Level 1 Day 1 (today), Level 2- 10days and Level 3-10days. Hopefully I can hack it. I've been doing bootcamps, so I'm hopeful.

Count me in! I never work past Level 1, so this will be great motivation to do the whole program. This is my first time joining anything on MFP, so that's kinda exciting too.

I'm in!! We are doing Biggest Loser at my job and we have exactly 4 weeks left so this is perferct! I'm in the lead with 4.7% lost so far, but this weekend was not too good for me with the holiday and all...super excited about the 30DS! Good luck everyone0
