    I don't know what everyone else thinks, and I'm not saying this is something we should all do, but I'm going to get my husband to take before, day 10, day 20 and after completion pictures. Would be cool if a few others could do it so we can all see the difference.

    Here are my starting stats. I'll also be taking a picture tonight before my first workout. I'm excited to complet this and see the results.

    SW: 195

    Arms - 13.5
    Chest - 40.5
    Waist - 35
    Gut - 41
    Hips - 45
    Thighs - 25

    Urgh... After 30 days, I hope my stats look much better. Everyone who is doing this challenge should add me as a friend. It would be good to have that support with me to keep at it every day!

    Just completed my first level 1 workout! phew! For 20 minutes that was a darn good workout! Looking forward to June 30 :)

    I'd love to join! I started it last Friday 5/27 but I don't do it every day... I only do the shred M, W, and Friday. I run and do ZUMBA on my off days.

    Can I still participate with you guys if I don't do it everyday???

    So, as promised I'm checking in with my measurements which are as follows:

    Height: 5ft 8 inches
    SW: 163lbs
    CW 154.5lbs
    GW: 129lbs

    Bust: 37 inches
    Natural Waist: 31 inches
    Waist at Belly Button: 34.5 inches
    Hips: 40 inches
    Right Thigh: 23 inches
    Left Thigh: 23 inches
    Right Upper Arm: 12.5 inches
    Left Upper Arm: 12 inches

    ...and since I suggested it, it's only fair that I upload my day 1 photos. Please accept my apologies for the frighteningly garish itsy bitsy flourescent pink bikini, but I think for the benefit of comparison, the more skin on show the better, you get a much better idea of your progress this way. These pics are hot off the press...hubs took them about 20 minutes ago. Never posted pictures on here before, so here's hoping it works.

    I JUST purchased the dvd and plan on starting tonight!! I'm really excited. I watched some of it yesterday, just to get a feel for the workout. It looks tough, but not impossible. I'm pumped to get started- I'll be doing the workouts everyday before bedtime.
