    Wow! look at you morning exercisers...way to go!!! I just do not have that drive in the morning, i'm more zombie like walking around with my coffee lol will do this when I get home from work!!

    First day done, and not to bad, feeling good right now, but a little ashamed that the push ups really kicked my butt. Looking forward to the next 30 days and seeing some results.

    I don't know what everyone else thinks, and I'm not saying this is something we should all do, but I'm going to get my husband to take before, day 10, day 20 and after completion pictures. Would be cool if a few others could do it so we can all see the difference.

    I like this idea, I have photos taken for my before shots, and had planned on taking them after, never thought about taking them after each level but will do now!

    I use this dvd all the time and am still yet to complete a straight 30 days. Its my birthday on the 30th of June so Im going to make it my mini goal to COMPLETE it this month and if I do I will treat myself to a new dress to wear for my birthday meal :happy:

    I HATE pushups too. I have been doing this dvd as well as others on and off for a year. I can hold plank. I can do those spider plank things and various other plank things she gets us doing but push ups.... im on my knees. Its like the moment they are mentioned all upper strength dribbles out of my body.

    Why is this? :laugh:

    Here are my starting stats. I'll also be taking a picture tonight before my first workout. I'm excited to complet this and see the results.

    SW: 195

    Arms - 13.5
    Chest - 40.5
    Waist - 35
    Gut - 41
    Hips - 45
    Thighs - 25

    Urgh... After 30 days, I hope my stats look much better. Everyone who is doing this challenge should add me as a friend. It would be good to have that support with me to keep at it every day!

    Just completed my first level 1 workout! phew! For 20 minutes that was a darn good workout! Looking forward to June 30 :)

    I'd love to join! I started it last Friday 5/27 but I don't do it every day... I only do the shred M, W, and Friday. I run and do ZUMBA on my off days.

    Can I still participate with you guys if I don't do it everyday???

    Bust: 37 inches
    Natural Waist: 31 inches
    Waist at Belly Button: 34.5 inches
    Hips: 40 inches
    Right Thigh: 23 inches
    Left Thigh: 23 inches
    Right Upper Arm: 12.5 inches
    Left Upper Arm: 12 inches

    ...and since I suggested it, it's only fair that I upload my day 1 photos. Please accept my apologies for the frighteningly garish itsy bitsy flourescent pink bikini, but I think for the benefit of comparison, the more skin on show the better, you get a much better idea of your progress this way. These pics are hot off the press...hubs took them about 20 minutes ago. Never posted pictures on here before, so here's hoping it works.

  • I JUST purchased the dvd and plan on starting tonight!! I'm really excited. I watched some of it yesterday, just to get a feel for the workout. It looks tough, but not impossible. I'm pumped to get started- I'll be doing the workouts everyday before bedtime.
