Running is the devil, I can't stand it, but doing it outside yesterday for the first time, I had time to think about so many things the four miles didn't seem so bad. I will definitely do it again. However, today I am very sore and my initial opinion still stands that running is the devil.

My decision was based on shaking up my diet and learning about the amount of hormones animals are pumped with before they are slaughtered for meat. If you like baked goods then I reccomend 100 calorie snacks. Fiber One makes a pretty good chocolate fudge brownie bar that is 90 cals. My favorite is banana pudding.
