Ifou look at my food diary you will see this is a constant issue with me ... Always thinking of food as bad and thinking twice before i eat anything ... I am working on trying to fix it but it is hard and I am no where close

Yes i listed what i ate in my food diary. Funny thing tho my portions are not what you would think by looking at me. I eat less than my kids do people are ALWAYS surprised at how little I eat.
