Well done! Amazing weightloss. When I got to my goal weight I felt similar, it's a big change so quickly. What I did was slowly increased my calories over I'd guess about a month. I increased by about 100 calories or so, then waited to weigh-in and see what a difference it made, then after a few more days added another 100…

P.s. re: squishyfishy's post Adding full-fat or higher fat versions of what I'd been eating while on 1200 calories is one way I added more calories too, so I'm not trying to add more food or bigger meals as such. Just adding more calories to meals.

Get rid of them, I did, it's the best feeling! I sold mine on ebay and spent the money on lovely new clothes.

Wow! Didn't expect that 25.92%!

Great advice, thank you!

Great info, I'll have a good look through this again later, thanks!

I'd say it depends on what you have listed your activity level as when you signed up. I have myself listed as lightly active, this to me includes any house work I do. Therefore, I don't add in housework activities into my exercise diary, I only add proper official workouts that are in addition to my daily activities.

Good work Simon, well done!

Mine's a Salter digital, I got it about 3 or 4 years ago so no longer available but would recommend Salter. Very accurate and weight is given to the nearest 0.2lb. Mine does body fat too which I also find useful. Try looking on amazon, I got it from there half price.

Mmmm BBQ! I love chicken and veg kebabs, fish or steak with salad and couscous or new potatoes. Yum!

So, I've just made a really decent sized pile of clothes to get rid of, it feels good! One thing to be thankful for is that I 'hoarded' my smaller clothes from about 18 months ago when I lost weight before, so I've still got a rather full wardrobe of beautiful clothes to wear (until I need a chuck out session again!).

Wow! Thanks everyone! I really know I need to chuck my old clothes. I think I'll try a few of your suggestions, I'll chuck the bulk, keep 1 pair of jeans to keep me motivated and try to get a couple of skirts I totally love altered - maybe save that until I'm at my goal weight! Thanks for the encouragement everyone!

Tried vaseline? :)

Hi, what a great group! I'm relatively new, been on MFP for about 2 months now.

Hi, My scales do stones, pounds and kilograms. I actually prefer using pounds on the site. :)

Wow! Well at least it's a good thing to be addicted to though! Hope you enjoy the P90x, heard it's good but tough! I actually quit my gym last month! Haha! Never get to it, too far away and too much stuff to do and never have the time to go. So instead I'm cycling or walking everywhere and started running and I got some…

Thanks again, that's really helpful to know. Wow!, you love treadmills, I've never really liked running especially not treadmills, but I'm really finding myself enjoying the c25k right now. I'll have to figure out some way of throwing some extra things in and mixing up my routine! I think that might be harder for me to get…
