Thanks for the input! I have to let go of the "good/bad" food thing. I'm an all or nothing type person so that is difficult for me. I also rely on the scale too much.

I started a beginner's weightlifting class for women on Monday. Big step outside my comfort zone but I'm so glad I did it! I've seen so many awesome success stories about women weightlifting and I'm bound and determined to be one!

The picture with your sons could be in a parenting magazine article about moms getting fit and healthy with little ones! I love it! I'm also hopeful to have a body like that one day because of ZUMBA!

Eating breakfast every day was the first healthy change I made. Eating breakfast gave me energy and reduced my late night snacking. When people don't eat breakfast it drives me crazy! Especially when they complain about being tired!

Why do meat eaters get so defensive?! It has been my experience *working at a college kitchen/cafeteria with hundreds of students and feeding thousands of students* that vegetarians *like myself ;)* are in general WAY more health concious and knowledgable about food.

Alright, I can eat healthily and exercise today, tomorrow, and the next day now. Thank you! I'm also 5'5" and have been struggling to lose those last 15 lbs to get to 130-135 again. It is totally worth it though!

I am in the same boat! I gained back ten pounds over the last year and it is DEPRESSING! I am going to get back on track and lose it again. Here we go!

I resisted my favorite dessert at work--chocolate ganache tarts. We haven't had them in forever. I was rationalizing having one since it's been so long and since everybody else was mowing them down...but I DIDN'T! I had a bowl of granola with vanilla silk for dinner which satisfied my sweet tooth AND was nutritious!
