I'm from AZ. I use the MFP phone app to track everything while at school and when I feel like not working out i just remember what i felt like every morning before i started working out and counting calories (which was lethargic)

i just started P90x (day 8 now) and it is one of the best workouts i have ever done. I wake up every morning feeling great, i can't wait to complete the program so i can start P90x2.....BRING IT

This happens to me all of the time. I can not stand looking at myself in pictures, I look huge. The only positive is that i use this to motivate me to keep counting calories, making the right choices throughout the day, and to exercise often.
