  • i wouldnt worry, its not real weight is it? just water. ive put on 7 pounds some months b4 tom, and dropped it just as quickly as it came. i think this lifestyle change is hard enough to fathom without worrying about things that aren't really in our control. just another 'perk' of being female lol
  • ive had them before, choc decadence or something like that. theyre not allowed but i figured it would be ok on occasion bc it was low carb high protein. if your following the plan strictly id say no, but if ure like me and a little more relaxed i think theyr ok occasionally.

  • i use zero noodles, same thing really, and they are fab. no net carbs, hardly any calories and really filling. had them tonight in place of pasta for my spag bol. tasted great with hundreds less calories

  • I have gained ten pounds in five weeks in the past but not recently, it isnt the reason I want to lose this amount, I want to lose it before seeing alot of family members who live far away, it sounds silly but its important to me.
  • I use zero noodles (i order from UK site) they dont have that fishy smell and i ordered 30 packs from approx £46. they are great in soup or as a pasta alternative and only 5 calories per 100g. Also, the noodles are low carb which is good if you want to reduce carb intake. Very filling- takes hundreds of calories off meals!
