how do i stay motivated??
Im following the dukan diet which is working really well for me, but for some reason every time i start any exercise plan i always fall off track. and im wondering if anyone has any tips to keep me motivated? I find the dieting side easier, but actually making myself get up to do some exercise much harder!! any tips?

sore knees after 30 day shred

I am more hungry when I exercise- what to do??
