I could have taken the elevator to the conference room to see what food leftovers were there from an earlier meeting, but instead I took the stairs. Then, instead of getting any of the leftover homemade snacks, I took the stairs again to my office, where i snacked on a cucumber instead.

I treat every day as a brand new start. Don't borrow worry from yesterday nor from tomorrow. I didn't log anything for the last two days....i didn't want to know how badly I'd blown it. We barbequed for 12 last night, and served cantaloupe, cucumbers and corn on the cob as sides. We did have some baked beans and chips for those who wanted them.

I was looking for a calorie count of some oatmeal I had here at work. The doctor had just put me on a 1200 calorie diet and I was about to start counting calories. This site was a blessing to find, and gives me the ability to plan a little better when choosing food. I enjoy being able to see my progress over time as well.
