i have 3 in each ear, snake bites, tounge and bellybutton. used to have my labret but took it out when i got snake bites :)

I try not to eat them. I only really concentrate on my gross intake not my net. Exercise is just a bonus :)

Ugh I'm sorry to say but this sounds absolutley awful!! egg oats and water?! yuck! but each to their own i guess.. personally i love cheerios with skim milk, they are only 110 for a 30g serve and are made with wholewheat. yum! either that or scrambled egg whites with ham tomato and low fat cheese :)

I have been taking citalopram for about 9 years now and I have not noticed it have any effect at all on my weight. Loss gain or retention. I do the same thing! I'll eat so well all day but then bomb out and binge at night. Like today. I'd done pretty well, but then around 7pm after dinner I went to the supermarket and bought cookies and weight watchers double choc puddings!! I wish I knew how to stop doing it too, but I'm yet to figure it out!

I have also stopped tracking sugars because I found I was always going over, fruit contains a lot of sugars and I think that is the reason why. I concentrate more on eating a lot of protein and low fat, not sugar.

i used to drink the chocolate shakes for breakfast, so did my mum. unfortunately they dont sell it anymore here in australia :( i did manage to lose a little weight while drinking them, but nothing substantial really. a whey protein shake would be a better option if you ask me.

seems like what your doing is getting results so i say stick at it! but i agree with the above poster that you should mix it up a bit, one day eat 1200 or so, then eat 1800 or so. or your metabolism will even out and the loss will slow. other than that, great work! 5lb in a month is awesome! do you do any regular exercise?

seems right for me! my weight x 11 is 1397, and i usually end up eating about that, though i try to eat less.
