  • I can handle sprink mixes of lettuce, baby greens, but not Iceburg or typical veggies that produce gas. Very painful for me. I do have almond milk, just don't use it much except for cereal.
  • Wish I could say I did it, but sadly no. HOWEVER..I did get a good long walk in with a friend and I was under my calorie goal!
  • I've found success with combating soreness by drinking a lot of water in the hour before I work out and also right after. I also apply ice to the muscles off an on for a 1/2 hour or so after exercising. I do this mainly for my legs and the next morning I'm not sore.
  • I'm in. Tried to do 10 minutes of Jumping Jacks last night and only made it to 4 minutes, not consecutively, I had to march in between. I have no idea how many jacks I did in that 4 minutes. I'll pace myself over the day! Thanks gmukris for continuing the challenges!
