1 pkg lower sugar quacker instant oatmeal maple and brown sugar
and a bottle of water.0 -
Coffee with half and half and Splenda.
Protein shake with banana, Flax seed, and almond milk.0 -
3 egg whites (medium eggs)
1/4 avocado
6 cherry tomatoes
1/2 ounce cheese
1 tbsp jalapeno
put it all together you have a yummy egg white omelet (or in todays case a scramble :laugh: )

I take fresh spinach and cook it down with a little olive oil, then add 3 scrambled eggs and mix it together, and some decaf Iced Tea0

If you'd like, you can try molasses instead of maple syrup. Still sweet, but not quite as bad for you0

7:30 am : 1 piece of Flax and Fiber toast with ~ 1TBS Natural PB on it
and for my 10:30 feeding...I had 1/2 c of oatmeal with 2 tsp of sugar.
