    so far half a pot of coffee, 3 glasses of water, and vitamins. i think i hear some cinnamon apple oatmeal calling my name.

    and a bottle of water.

    Coffee with half and half and Splenda.

    Protein shake with banana, Flax seed, and almond milk.

    1/4 avocado
    6 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 ounce cheese
    1 tbsp jalapeno

    put it all together you have a yummy egg white omelet (or in todays case a scramble :laugh: )

    I take fresh spinach and cook it down with a little olive oil, then add 3 scrambled eggs and mix it together, and some decaf Iced Tea

    1 peice of French toast (made with texas toast:tongue: ), with syrup and butter.

    Guess I'm eating light for lunch today. The crazy thing is that the syrup had more calories in it than the actual toast:huh:

    If you'd like, you can try molasses instead of maple syrup. Still sweet, but not quite as bad for you :)

    I had:
    7:30 am : 1 piece of Flax and Fiber toast with ~ 1TBS Natural PB on it
    and for my 10:30 feeding...I had 1/2 c of oatmeal with 2 tsp of sugar.

    oh and 1.5 cups of coffee and 34 oz of water!

    I don't eat it very much so I don't even think about it until it is time to use it. we usually have eggs or oatmeal every morning.
