Get a weighted hula hoop! So much fun and it will hopefully help! Just do 10 mins twice a day (or more!) :D

I love the wii fit plus! I used it today, it's a great way to track yourself and you can see the progress. The games are good fun and it has muscle and yoga workouts too which are very helpful!

You just have to make sure you're not consuming too many calories with the protein as excess protein will be stored as fat in your body. :)

I count tea and juice mixed with water, it is still technically water. You just have to watch out for the calories you're adding into the water.

I must say I have noticed my body shape changing already! It is a great motivator as well!

I only ever wear leggings or tights! I never feel comfortable in jeans etc.

The only bad thing about it is when you end up watching Man VS Food and think, "I could eat that massive burger right now".

I don't think it would affect you too much if you had a free day! It is always nice to treat yourself, for example I treated myself to a bag of sweets today and I have no regrets! Food is a wonderful thing and it is always nice to eat the bad things once in a while!

Also, I get called weird by my housemates because every time they walk in the living room I'm always watching food programs! What can I say I study food at University and I like to cook and eat! haha :)

I do that too! Or if I'm doing it by time and do not know the calories being burnt at that point I have to stop on a time that is 0 or 5! :)
