Zumba

I tried a Zumba class today. Tried to add it to my exercise log. Does anyone have any idea of how many calories light Zumba burns in 30 minutes?

    I use my polar watch& chest sensor & I know for my 55min class it was 390cals. That was with me taking a few water breaks & catching my breath..lol

    I have the Zumba videos i know that the step by step vid for 1 hour burns 636 cals the Activate vid burns 570 for 1 hour... i have other numbers for the other videos but none for the classes.. i have a watch that i use to see how many cals i burn i bought it at walmart that might help ??? sorry

    I put my Jazzercise under the category: Slimnastics/jazzercise.
    I wear my HRM and usually burn 400-500 calories, classes vary from 50 to 55 minutes and I'm 62, so my calorie burn may be less than yours.

    i used a calorie burn calculator on my phone, in 30 minutes i burn off 383 but im also 215...
