This may sound like a silly question, but do you log walking? For example walking to and from work/school/shops?

Noticing the change
This may not be a success story as of yet, but I've lost half a stone (maybe more now, I won't know until Saturday when I weigh in) and I'm noticing the difference already! I already feel more like my old self when I was 3 stone lighter and I can notice my shape coming back! It is a great motivator!

Morning & Night Weightloss Disfference
Hello! So I know there is a difference between your weight at morning and night, but I thought it would be around 2-3 lbs difference. I did an experiment and weighed myself in the morning and at night, there was a whopping 7lbs difference! Is this normal?

How often do you have a weigh yourself and record it on MFP? I'm trying to figure out when is best. Do you measure yourself as well? Also do you do anything special to encourage the weight loss and look forward to the weigh in?
