Motivation and getting into the habit!

So I keep saying to myself "I'll binge tonight and start dieting tomorrow". But, I say it almost every night, I always find an excuse to start tomorrow.

How do you get yourself motivated and stay on track? I really need some help my weight is increasing!

Also what do you snack on when you have the urge to eat? I run for the crisp cupboard! :(
