I know what you mean! I have plantar fasciitis in my foot and it hurts so bad! It is really hard to stay motivated when you are in so much pain! Hang in there and keep trying! It will be worth it.

I am going to walk down to a local park that is on the river. It is so motivating that 1/2 way through my workout I get to see Mother Nature at her finest with all the trees changing colors on the river! This route is 3.36 miles!
