Find a orthopedic doctor, why waste your time with the GP. X-rays are useless for this type of injury, waste of money. I have had 4 knee surgeries. You need a MRI so they can see the damage. Orthopedic doctor will do an x-ray even though they don't really use them. Its more just to see if you broke/fractured a bone.

Do you think that maybe if he wasn't walking 10 miles a day he would still be in the same condition he is in currently? Take that 10 miles away and see how much weight he puts on. It is exercise.

maybe I should say low sugar. My sugar reports are around 75-100 and it is supposed to be around the 28. So... I thought I could really cut back.

Friday I was at 204 and I ate like crap and didn't exercise all weekend - ( I did go swimming yesterday.but I have a 2 year old that I hold pretty much the entire time.) This morning for my Monday weigh in - I am back down at least 2 pounds - I even had brownies last night. go figure.

I hate fluctuating weight. I was at 201 and now I am at 203, I am doing a Challenge that is 10 pounds for the month of August and the weigh in is on Monday... which keeps me honest over the weekend. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... or maybe I should be saying BOOHOOOHOOOHOOOOO!
