Weigh in day, I missed last week. I've been so busy trying to get my boy ready for school next week.
I'm at 196 a drop of 1lb, not much but in the right direction!
Hope you've all had a good week.
I have just started to exercise again, it makes a huge difference to self esteem doesn't it?

Sorrrrrrrrrrrrry everyone.
I'm so low on energy these days. I am on MFP a lot,but 99% on the iPhone app.
I think I missed 2 weigh ins.
Anyway, I was 110.5 kg this morning and my start weight here was 114.5, so I'm doing just fine.
I'm 2 kg from being halfway and 0.9 kg from my BMI being under 35. So I'm getting excited now lol.0 -

still at 199. a good thing I guess. I have been really slack lately because I met my first goal. Time to really step it up and get on it. Sorry every one has dropped from the 50 pound challenge. Kind of disappointed about it.0

I too have missed a few weigh in's. But only because their hasn't been much to report. I'm finally losing again and checkin in at 259.4.
I haven't been below 260 in 10 years. Major milestone for me. :-)0
