    I weigh myself every day.... Yeah, I said it! :noway:
    I even have a scale in my kitchen to remind me not to eat every time I go in there!
    so when ever is fine with me.

    I do like the anticipation of the weigh in but I need motivation every moment of every day. LOL! :laugh:

    I do this too!! I hate it...But I can't help myself. I need to see if i gained or lost a pound. It is so addicting. I may have to have my husband hide my scale and only bring it out on Fridays!!

    I tried out a personal trainer for the first time yesterday...I can barely walk today. I think I will hire him to continue my training! lol
    Only for a few weeks though, I can't afford anymore than that!!

    I also weigh myself everyday lol, but I only do that to read how my body reacts with everything and I know if I’ve put on weight I need to do extra that day. My main weigh in day though is Monday.

    I also weigh in every day as I know that when my weight started to creep up if id weighed every day I would have sorted it out much earlier than I have done.

    Im Sarah, im 29, and from perth in Scotland - so another Scottish person....but ive lived in Sheffield, England the last 7 or 8 years...i forget! Im married with 2 cats.

    Got to an all time high of 16st 5 and finally tackling it, i hope to hit my 1st stone lost tomorrow, but want to plough through to get down to 10st 5.

    I weigh myself everyday too - and do you know what im proud of it!

    When i put on weight i hide from the scales, and don't get on them, weighing everyday keeps me focused - i dont go crazy if i put on a pound or two, as i know its probably water, but it makes me determined to stick in my cals.

    Ah not far - my little step sister is at uni in aberdeen too - small world lol

    I cannot wait to weigh in tomorrow - 1st stone feels like such a landmark.

    Having a drink on Sunday too - been off it for weeks, but we have a free festival in Sheffield this weekend, so figure i can have a break for one of the days its on.... so ready for the weekend :)

    Hi Guys..thanks for letting me in..I am Maya..From Michigan, US :).........Gained a lot of weight during pregnancy, would love to get back to Pre-pregnancy weight.....I am actually blessed with a pretty good metabolism, but cursed with obsession with food.......I mean for today's breakfast I ate 2 icecreams, a subway sandwich 2 cups of coffee and 2 slices of bread..hahah..........HELP ME PLs...

    I swear quite a bit, but I will try and hold back... bloody hell that sounds like and amazing breakfast ( I am obsessed with food too)!! Does this all get counted into your daily calories?

    i need to learn to not eat so much in the first half of the day....I do quite well in the second half of hte day

    I used to weigh myself daily aswell. But I am definitely prepared to weigh in on let's say Fridays. Does everyone agree to this? Or do we just weigh in on our normal day?

    I just weighed myself and I'm 114.5 kg/251.9 pounds. Down 0.4 kg /0.9 pounds. :) My BMI is 36.5 now.

    xxx_Pink_Princess_xxx asked me to post her weigh in result. 186.2.

    She can't post it herself, because she unexpectedly had to travel. She said she's sorry(which she doesn't have to be :) ) Not sure when she'll be back, but obviously we can still weigh in without her while we're waiting for her to return to us :)

    Good Morning everyone. I weighed in this morning at 212lbs wich is no change from the last time I weighed (2 days ago :ohwell: ) but overall 3lb loss since starting.

    Bad point this week - I had planned what to eat when going out so that i stayed within my calorie options and even chose Pizza Express because they offer a lighter pizza. And then.... I crumbled and ordered an additional starter (mucho cals!!), 2 additional glasses of wine and I was eating bits of her desert! I still cannot be trusted out in the big bad world!

    Good Point this week - I have managed to do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 4 days in a row and it is getting easier. last night I managed 2 pushups!! :bigsmile:

    Yummy Low Cal meal of the week - Rice, masses of broccoil and steamed chicken with a bit of hp BBQ sauce on it and blasted under the grill. tasty!

    I am out for "drinks" tonight wich could end up with me drunk as a skunk eating a sausage supper as I walk home!! Fingers crosses I can be sensible!

    Morning all,

    Weighed myself today and i weigh 263.6 :) which is a loss of 3 pounds since last week, but i still have 2 days till my offical weigh in day. I havent lost as much as ive been eating my exercise calories (as everyone says you should) and i just dont think it bodes well with me as i was managing over 1000 calories in exercising!! Really need to get myself a heart rate monitor, does anyone have one that they would recommend?

    Weighed in today at 197lbs which is a loss of zero. That's hardly surprising as I only started proper yesterday. Good to have a deifinite weigh in day though. Well done for any losses so far.

    I am on holiday next week but gonna try my hardest to be good, although I know I will be having a red pudding supper at the chippie as you can only get them up north so always have one when I'm up there.

    We have just put our house on the market, I am totally stressed about it. Worried noone will buy it and worried someone will buy it and we'll have to move. There is no pleasing me!

    Well done on the loss Sarah - its nice seeing your BMI come down isnt it!

    Emma - the meal at Pizza express could have been worse - you still had the light pizza at least. Jillian will have been working it all off you this week anyway. I've just rediscovered brocolii - BBQ sauce or reggae reggae is great for getting flavour into things, i have it with pasta and chicken.

    Im off out too - my only strategy is order a glass of soda water with your drink, it slows me down, and keeps the hangover down. I havent drunk since 8th July and it really helps with my weightloss - but Sheffield has a free festial on this weekend, so im going 2night and sunday - gonna try and not go to mental and will do the gym fri/sat/sun.... fingers crossed lol - going to try and not drink tonight, but deffo want a few Sunday - im letting myself go over cals on Sunday as dont think 1/2 days a month off does me any harm - as long as i get straight back on it.

    Well done on your 3pound loss Nessy -thats brilliant.

    drakies look forward to next weeks weigh in - ive never had a red pudding supper - where you going?


    Oh and i had a 3pound loss and hit 15pounds total today - so 1 stone down - wooo hooo
