    :smile: i'm so happy although it's only 1.8lbs difference. i'm so tired working out and i thought i'll take a break i will not work out tonight then i hit the scale this morning down by 1.8lbs, yay! bring on the pain if it means 1.9lbs per week!!!

    I cant believe i lost that much, i had a cheat day yesterday too.
    I haven't updated my ticker yet as tomorrow is my official weigh in day.

    Loss so far is 0.75 lbs but it's been a bad week so that's a result. Will need to step it up to get to 10 lbs by Sept but feeling good as I really thought I would have gained...

    Really happy with the 2.4lbs weight loss this week, I've only been walking and using the Wii fit this week as I haven't had the energy to do a proper fitness workout.

    What is it about Sunday's that makes me want to indulge. The past few weeks I just get cravings on Sunday's, I had to go bed early to prevent me from giving in as I didn't want to to post a bad result.

    Haven't been able to swim as my cut finger got infected and I need to continue to keep it dry. Have been feeling quite poorly as a result but the meds are kicking in now and I think it's on the mend. Disappointed it was only 1lb off this week, but there you go. Any loss when I've been such a couch potato is pretty good, I guess. So I'll just continue enjoying all the lovely seasonal fruit and hope for more progress in the next week. Then it's the challenge of going to the land of crab sandwiches and cream teas for a holiday!

    Mad I didn't touch my treadmill this week but happy I still lost!!!! 1.2 lbs down from last week. 210.8 to 209.6

    So far we are looking great as a group. Hang in there everyone you are doing great. I look at it this way as long as you are maintaining or loosing weight you are doing great. We have several who lost 2 pounds and more. Congratulation to you all.
