My regain is 55 lbs but I feel how you felt mentally. I'll try using your logic about it and just let (make) it happen. I've lot 5 and feel like I'm off to a start, at least. How about friending me and helping me along?

Amen, I'm right there with you and just keep eating like I'm starving. Then I feel terrible. Crap, why can't I get it together? Blood sugar was 312 this morning!!!!!

I have not hired people because of their size and the limited work space the job had to done in. Of course I never told them that their size was a factor. Most of us large people have felt the sting of discrimination in one way or another over the years.

Don't worry about it too much. Just do the best you can and try not to get in a "binge mode". When you get back from vacation, get right back on track. Most of us did not get to be overweight just by eating too much on vacation.

800 calories puts your body in a starvation mode. In the long run, it will hurt your metabolic rate. Just be careful and slow down a little. Your mental attitude is great! Good luck and take care of yourself.

Being sucessful at losing weight is not just taking the pounds off but liking the new person you've become. When the scales say the number you've always wanted, you still have a lifetime of healthy living to work on every day. It's really sad for him and a warning for all of us MFPs.

Doesn't everone lie about their weight on their driver's license? I certainly did and I'm sure I'm in the majority. But, guess what! I now weigh 13 lbs less than my DL says. Thanks, MFP.
