I just received my package in the mall on Wednesday, so today will be my first day. I haven't even opened the package. I am glad to read about the shakes.

Started my lifting a month ago, haven't measured but I have taken pictures so in three months I hope I can see the improvement like you ladies have showed

Thank you, I am always tired after a hard day of lifting it would take me two days to feel like I had the energy to do it again. I was at 1200 calories, so yesterday I decided I was going to change it to 1500 to see if I had more energy to continue after a day of rest. What a motivation I need today

Really needed this today, I pushed myself even when I was tired and wore out. Even if it was just 30 minutes on the treadmill, I was moving.. Eating today wasn't good but I walked the mall for a hour with my daughter..

I am rocking 9 tattoo, my lastest is my profile picture. When I met my husband he had one tattoo and I had four. He since has gotten three new since we met. Each tat on my body has a meaning to me some are really deep other just respects someone in my life. It is your body, do as you want.

My corset I wore for my wedding has a side zipper to it, I had it tighten up for the wedding (could barely breath) I am now able to zip it up just as it was the day I took it off without catching skin or untying the back.

I am following Labrada lean body workout program from Body building.com, the only thing I do that it doesn't have me do everyday is the intense cardio

Like a light day of cardio, then a hard cardio with weight training then back to light cardio the next? I can try that as well, that way I am still exercising

I eat my exercise calories back, it is exhaustion on day 5, no energy body feels like it is going to shut down on me

It says to eat 1620 calories a day based on my BMR and TDEE, maybe I will try that to see if I can continue loosing and working out. I love to work out so on the days I can't I feel guilty

On average get about 8 hrs of sleep if my husband is not snoring. Maybe I am pushing too hard to fast.

I would be 500-600 under net for two weeks didn't lose a pound, decided to eat within 100-200 under net, within a week I dropped 2.5 lbs.. You really need to eat your goal net calories.. or you can be stuck like I was

Mine did too, I was showed this URL: http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/heart-rate-based-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx This will take your avg heat rate from your HRM and you will find what you are actually burning, which will still be higher then the treadmill

I work out 5 days a week with cardio and weight lifting, but I found out I wasn't eating enough calories,because I would be so weak and tired all the times. My weight had stalled for about two weeks now, I have given myself two days off from working out and eating all my calories for the day. Guess what I lost two pounds…

I am going to purchase a food scale this weekend, but how is that to help me eat more.. I try to eat more during the day and feel like I am over eating... Maybe it is all in my head right now because I really want to shed this weight

I believe we all go thru this but you do need to remember the final goal you want to achieve. Is it to get health, or fit into that swimsuit, or to feel fit and trim as others your age? You must define this before setting out on your new lifestyle then your motivation will remain with you to drive you to your goal

I have a 2001 HD wide Glide, she is in my ticket (old paint job) and I have a 2013 HD Street Glide. My Wide Glide and I have made two trips to Tennessee from Michigan she has 58k, I got my Street Glide in Aug 2013 she only has 2500 on her... Not sure how to add pictures
