Any chance someone could link me to a decent bodybuilding workout plan? I wanna try one out, see what happens. Would be awesome if anyone can find a decent one for me. I'm just looking to lower my bf%.

As a dog, I think you'll find lifting difficult. Maybe stick to sprinting.
Yeah, being a dog makes it very difficult to find a gym willing to give me a membership.0 -
Thank you, just what i was looking for!!0 -
I would suggest a fullbody routine with most of the compounds and some assistance exercises such as ICF 5x5. In this way you have much more frequency as a beginner/novice compared to other routines.

This was one of the first ones I did. I lost 12 pounds in the first 8 weeks.0 -
Oh thank you, I am going to follow this plan! I looked through the entire first week and it doesn't seem too ridiculous like some do.
Did you follow their eating plan to lose the 12 pounds in 8 weeks, too? Just curious.0 -

No, I found my BMR and my TDEE then ate between those two numbers. I also made sure to get lots of protein and eat vegetables. It's what I had been doing for months, but I just got strict.0 -

its going. i dropped 5lbs but am just following the exercising routine not the nutrtion. i am sticking with my targets from on here as i have played around with them trying to break the plateau i have been on. just recently knocked it back down to between 1500-1800 cals per day.
the only other(s) modification is if a leg day falls upon a tuesday or thursday i change that. I play basketball for 2.5 hours those nights and afraid i will be even more useless if i do legs those days.
for cardio i do 15 minutes on a treadmill and 30 on elliptical. the 15 i do in 2 minute increments (fast, slow, inclined etc) but never the same way for more than 2 minutes in a row. the elliptical i do the fat burning cycle set at difficulty level three and then six.0 -

Do assisted ones after you fail. You can either use an assistance machine or a band.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fw3FnkqViKo
