You both can add me too. I want to lose 40lbs...that seems to be our magic number. I would love to lose it by April 1 (Spring Break). But with at soon to be 3 year old some things are hard. I am willing to give it a shot I just need some support and a push everynow and again.

Not just co-workers but husband...He is always offering me junk food or my favorite candies. If I say no he says " you know you wnat it" Of course I want it! How do I stay away and not eat it when it is in my face. I need support...

Mine was 5lbs per month, but now I am doing good to lose 1. THe smaller you are the less you lose per month.

according to your post, I sshould only dring about 75 oz of water a day...I drink 150+ am I killing my body? I love water especially with Mio in it. I have all 6 flavors. Yum yum :drinker:

Fiji water is first choice. Smart water second choice. Filtered Tap water with any of the 6 Mio flavors. Third choice. If you haven't tried Mio in your water you need to. It is great.
