This is a repeat but consolidating for my reference:
Feb 1: 3 miles (treadmill highest incline @ 4.0)
Feb 2: 16.5 miles (bike)
Feb 3: 1.5 miles (treadmill highest incline @ 4.0)
Feb 4: 1.5 miles (treadmill highest incline @ 4.0)
Feb 5: 1.5 miles (treadmill highest incline @ 4.0)
Feb 6: 1.75 miles (treadmill highest incline @ 4.0)
