Have you ever tried that Greek Yogurt? You can find it in most grocery stores and it is loaded with protein! I also try to sneak in beans here and there...it seems to help and makes things like salads keep me more full!

I remember actually feeling really great at 178 lbs.! My goal isn't a number but to fit into a size 10 at most stores (I'm a 20 right now).

Hi! I'm 32, engaged (getting married in November) and have no kids. I've realized that I need to lose about 75 lbs. so that I can carry a baby with fewer complications AND actually have energy whenever I do have kids! I'm just starting out but would love to encourage and be encouraged!
