keep adjusting your calories, eating back all of your burned calories may be too much try adjusting down 100 for a few days if you don't keep losing go the other way and adjust up

no no they won't that's adding fat and sugar to your day that you may not be able to afford. a good recovery drink or protein shake will help more since whey takes 15 mins to hit your cells where eggs take 4 hours

Its not the healthiest but you could do a cleanse or cut weight like a wrestler. If you google "tim ferriss cut weight" he shows you how. Good luck to you
