Just joined and thought i'd better do this and not be rude! Been training for 2 years now, after finishing my footballing days... (i wasnt even good at it! lol) I gym it 5-6 times a week, mostly high reps weights with some cv. Into most sports, music, and generally having a giggle.. feel free to add me, feel free not to haha0
