Take lots of walks on the beach, play volleyball on the beach or in the pool. Most resorts have lots of activities so just keep active and enjoy

I joined OTF about 2 months ago. And it is the first workout I actually look forward to. I love it. It is pricy, but it works for me. I joined OTF about a month ago. I've not seen any weight come off yet, but my energy level is increased and I really enjoy the classes. I always dreaded going to the gym. I'm not self-motivated to figure out and follow a routine. And I find with OTF I do push myself far more than I did on my own.

2 days in a row at the Vegas conference with over 10,000 steps per day!

I got in 2.5 miles today walking around at my conference. More walking tomorrow. Now I just need to stay away from the food and alcohol a plenty here.

It's working! I'm down 15 pounds now. AND 11 inches! Results are very motivating.

MRC has been tough, but not too bad. It is the first time I've seen weight come off, and I'm motivated to keep going. It's super expensive with all the supplements and protein drinks. But I'm worth it! 10 pounds gone! I haven't been able to say that before.

LivingSocial has a 6wk weightloss special with MRC, $199. I just purchased it, so I will be starting soon. Do you have any advice on working with them?

I am a morning exerciser. It took a while to get my body into the pattern of waking up and working out. But I am far more refreshed and ready for a good workout when I first wake up than after a long day at work. it is much easier for me to find excuses at the end of the day, and miss the workouts completely too.

My first thought is that catering portions are usually a lot smaller than restaurant portions, so you might not have as much to fear as you're thinking. As for the buffet...that's all up to you. Just try to make smart choices. And most importantly..ENJOY YOURSELF!

I am currently at 189, my husband is at 205. But I know he's putting off his weightloss efforts until I lose more of my weight. I don't know if he's consciously doing it or not. His goal is to be at 185. Which would mean I would weigh more than him... Don't give up.

I'm up to 5 push ups. I know, sounds funny to be UP to 5. But it sure beats what I started being able to do.
