^^THANK YOU!!! It's been SO annyoing see people, (particularly older overweight ladies) wearing these ugly shoes everywhere! The old fashion way of losing weight is the only sure and best way! Get active, eat right, drink gazillions cups of water LOL!

I do it everyday, because I'm curious, slightly obsessed (LOL) and it helps me learn patterns my body follow. I know if I eat late or heavy, it will show, also a few days before my "girl week" I go up and the few days following I drop like 5-6. It's interesting to see the changes.

A good friend of mine who wants to gain about 30 pounds and can't because that's just how her body is! She's 6'1 & is 125 pounds. Oddly we STILL wear some of the same size tops?! I'm 5'5 160 haha, weight is funny :P

WHOA!! I live by Yoplait Light, I'll buy like 4 or 5 for a week and then switch to fruit and back to the yogurt. I feel like I've been doing my body a mis-service for the last 9 months now....the bad sugars info. :( I will give the Greek yogurt another try. Didn't like it the first time, but maybe another flavor would help.

If you have a smart phone, get the "Nike Training Club" app. There's workouts targeted for ANY part of your body! I had this issue, before I started drinking water religiously. If anything else, drinking water has helped my waist shrink. I was at this weight years before when I was lifeguarding and my waist wasn't as slim You probably should up your calories to atleast 1200, drink water and you'll go everyday and the weight will stay…

Yes, I also noticed difference of weights and sizes. See, you can wear a 6 in women's jeans. I don't wear women's jeans, (I'm 25, Im holding on you Juniors & skinny jeans for as long as possible!! lol), but I fit into a 8 or 10 in women's dresses.

You supposedly burn up to 550 calories in 1 hour of Zumba per La Fitness site, so I made a workout, named it Zumba and voila! Hope that helps.

Well, you just started. So it's going to take time to loose more weight. Realistically, in 3 more weeks, you should see more of a difference. Even at 1500 calories a day you should see some difference, it won't be as quick as if you're only eating 1200, but 1500 is a good average number to keep if you want to eat…
