This is the first time I have had full control over my diet since I live on my own now.

I have eaten a lot of chicken, brown rice, salads, corn, green beans, and ground turkey. I think the hardest thing for me is that I need a lot of flavor in my foods and I can get sick of things fast. And I LOVE cheese. Also it is hard for me to come home after I go to the gym and cook something because by then it is pretty…

I know!!! I love that because I don't have to be super careful with dinner, but I can still eat healthy, ya know? Water helps me out soooo much! I think I need to snack more though.

When I weighed myself every day I would go crazy! Like everyone said, weigh yourself right when you wake up every morning, after you empty your bladder. It sucks to only do it once a week, but you get more consistent readings that way :)

Wow go girl!!! I would just work as hard as you can, watch your calories, etc. I can imagine once you hit your goal weight, it will start to fluctuate when you are trying to maintain. Congrats on your success!! I hope to be in your position soon :)

I am doing Couch to 5K program and currently am on week 3! I can't imagine running a 5k straight but I hope this program helps!

Since I am always on my phone, I put a picture of myself 7 years ago when I was thin as my wallpaper. Definitely a motivator EVERY DAY! The hardest part is getting up and going to the gym!
