  • Not really, If I ever wanted something I've always done whatever I had to to get it. I am always happy because I have a great life. The only thing I can say is self confidence. Every week I gain more and more self confidence and by the time I reach my goal I hope to not be self-conscious at all. We will see!
  • Me too!! In a couple of months I will be. I live in Florida but can't go outside now because my daughter is only 15 weeks old.

  • I too am sorry for your loss, but this is not personally edged towards you or anyone in specific. It is not morbid we are merely looking back on our life and into our future to see what we would regret that way we can make every minute, day, week better because of it!

  • So I am below everyone else lol I am 5'3 with shoes on! I walk at 3.0mph and run at 4.2mph. Everyone is different do what works for you! This has been working for me! I also repeat weeks and do it 4x a week instead of 3x.
  • Clearly not healthy and an uneducated way of looking at this. You cant eat 3000 calories one day and 500 the next to "make up for it" It doesn't work like that.   • First offf!! Way to go everyone!!!! We beat DITR AGAIN!!! WOOO WHOOO>>!!!! I'd have to say salad! every week I take 2 heads of lettuce and chop them up and separate them into containers of 1 cup in each. I eat them for lunch and dinner. It usually makes about 12 salads which will last me about 6 days.

  • My moment is a few weeks after I got home from delivering my baby girl I tried on my pre-pregnancy pants and I could barely fit my thighs in them!! On the 23rd of this Month I tried them on again and WOWZERZ!!! They not only fit but are lose on the waist and the thighs!! They are slightly too big form ME! Here is a picture!

  • Taco's minus the shells and bad stuff... I eat 4 oz hamburger meat with taco seasoning 1 cup of lettace 1/4 cut of onions 1/2 cup of tomatoes 1 cup of bean sprouts ( I fry them in a pan first) and a little bit of the sauce that comes with the taco kits
