Get a food scale, set your MFP up for the right amount of activity and get logging. Find the time to exercise 3 times a week. Commit to the program by adding a photo and filling out your profile. :) Good luck, it works!

Polar is generally a heart rate monitor. Fitbit is an activity monitor (counts steps). If you have a Smartphone, you can get Endomondo and sync it with either/or FItbit and an HRM.
