I use crystal light, but I don't use a whole pack per bottle of water, I just use a little bit to enhance the flavor, I usually spread one pack out over 4 glasses of water

I am not a fan of water either, but you can get the crystal light flavor packs, I love the wild strawberry, it says to use a whole on the go pack with a bottle of water, I typically only use half of the pack, and it gives the water just enough flavor, and not alot of calories. one pack is 5 calories.

What kinds of foods are you eating now? I eat stuff like tuna, the louis kemp crab, turkey, the list can go on and on. I also throw in a protein shake, carnation instant breakfast with that i like to have 1 piece of toast and a scrambled egg.
