  • Even though they were stupid and let two of their best players go... LETS GO SAINTS!!! ^.^ I love football season.
  • I graduated with a medical degree. I know. I was just saying that its not all false. Sorry for pointing out facts.
  • I don't like ketchup...never really got into eating it
  • For those of you that are talking about how it is false I've done the nail one(leave a nail in a can of coke for a few days). And if you will do it too you will never touch the stuff again.
  • Hmmm...who could this mysterious friend be... hmmm.. lol I will take the pictures after I move because other wise I will not be able to be in the same spot. I move on Sunday so as long as I continue to take my pictures on the 8th or 9th of every month then I still will get the same results. But moving from NC to FL and so…
  • One day won't do much harm. You can always get back on track the following day. I had three days in a row I was over by a good amount on my calories and got back on track and still managed to lose my 2 lbs for the week. I really wouldn't stress about it. Just enjoy the day and your anniversary. congrats :)
  • I have accounts on about 6 different sites and every single one of them (with the same information) have a different calorie intake. But I am happy with MFP so that is the one I use mostly to chart on and always for the calories.
  • Oh sorry after re-reading my post I think it was unclear. I wasn't saying people shouldn't do weights. I mean by all means what you enjoy is what you should do. Except sitting on the couch playing video games and eating potato chips. That probably wont help you...at least I don't believe it would... But that people…
  • OK my take to the OP is that people need to stop going straight to weights. There are other strength building things people can do that do not include the weights. Me personally I hate the gym. I have a slight anxiety about people being around and the stupid feeling that they are watching me (I know their not I don't need…
  • Did not know you could order single strips at chick fil a.... interesting and nice way to keep the portion down. I think I am going to start keeping protein bars in my car. They are just expensive :-/
  • I've been told that as well. The body doesn't react to thirst as quick as we all believe. The start of dehydration is actually one of the first signs of being thirsty. (This came from more then one doctor I've worked with)
  • lol I never thought of that
  • Welcome. I don't work from home because I am currently unemployed and in process of moving. lol hope to change the unemployed part soon tho. I'm always up for meeting and having new friends. I wish you great success on your road here to a new healthy lifestyle.
  • I was thinking the same thing. A lot of that stuff is double, triple, large, extra large... The list didn't surprise me at all.
  • Thanks everyone for your replies and tip sharing :)
  • Cool everyone has super ideas. I'm going to have to write them down to remember them all. I can't always plan ahead tho cause where I live we don't have chain restaurants, it is 95% family owned mom pop stuff. But I try to make sure to match and estimate etc.
  • Cool thanks. Everyone has neat tricks. And yeah I know the eat this not that books. I own the whole series lol (I think its up to like 5 or 6 books now..)
  • I'm not paying for the book so I guess I will just stay with my MFP profile and just chart it all down.
  • Hello and welcome. I was a vegetarian for 1 1/2 years before I lost so much of my protein levels that I had to go back to eating chicken. Haven't been able to find a sub for the chicken protein level yet. But always keeping my eyes open. I haven't had any red meat in I think this makes 4 years now. Possibly even more. Well…
  • Thanks. I will look into those.
  • Haha I had never really thought of that but very creative I like it.
  • I just graduated in May from college. I love cooking and trying new things out. And Baking is so much fun :) I hope you like mfp. I have become totally hands down addicted to it in the last week. If you are looking for friends I'd love to help support each other in our goals :)
  • I've become more and more addicted to this site every day. I am on mfp and facebook at all times lol and the app on my phone helps me a LOT when i am out with family or friends. It is so easy. I hope you have great luck with it and love it too. If you're ever looking for a cheer support friend me :)
  • Hello and welcome :), I'm always loving to meet new friends and join/have joined cheer support. It makes things a lot more fun and easier if you have friends to talk to and bounce ideas with. Good luck with the site. I know I love it.
  • This sounds more like high school drama then how 36 year old should be acting... I guess this is what people talk about when they say some people just never grow up? And I don't think you used her at all. That is what friends are suppose to be for. They shouldn't expect nor require you to return the favor right away. A…
  • I agree with bean, I've heard from a trainer that you have to mix up your routine or your body just starts seeing it as normal daily work and doesn't really burn much for it. Well welcome and if you want another person on your cheer support team I'd be happy to be friends. Oh and super congrats on the size drops. :) Hope I…
  • Haha I crossed out of the teen set a few years ago. Turning 24 this year :/ But welcome and good luck all the same. Friend if you want to chat. I'm always around lol
  • Good luck. I'm new two just started doing this site seriously a week ago and I have to admit I'm already addicted to it. If you need a cheer team friend me :) I love meeting new people. And welcome
  • I wish I was as active as you are. I can barely force myself to do my 30 minute exercise daily. I have always heard those Zumba classes are fun. Considered getting a tape/dvd to do myself at home. Cause I am not a fan of being in a public place where people watch me. Anyway welcome to MFP I will be on your cheer team :) I…
  • Thanks. I happen to be one of those Veggies you talk about. Well sorta. The only meat I will eat is chicken because I haven't found a good sub for the protein I need. So I already limit my food choices. Not by much tho. You'd be amazed what you can make even without meat. Yeah I am for sure going to have to watch and study…
